Christ the King Parent-Student Handbook

Students are always expected to behave in ways reflective of the ideals of the Christ the King Schools community. We expect this so that the educational process is not interrupted. Acceptable and unacceptable behavior policies extend past what is written within the handbook, so CTK Schools administrators have the final decision on matters regarding the handbook. Our mission will always be to partner with parents in the protection, education, and formation of their students.

Uniform Policy

All students are required to wear the appropriate Christ the King school uniform attire. Please see below for specific guidelines

Designs in Thread is our school’s authorized uniform provider.  Feel free to contact Designs in Thread for your student’s uniform needs. They are located at 5044 Frankford Avenue, Suite #200, or call 794-3875, to set up an appointment for a fitting.  In addition, we have a re-sale closet with a supply of gently used uniforms that is available during school office hours.

Pre-K - 8th UNIFORMSHS UNIFORMS

Daily Uniform

  • Navy Uniform Shorts (can be work until Thanksgiving Break and after Spring Break)
  • Navy Uniform Slacks
  • Red Monogrammed CTK Knit Uniform Shirt
  • 3rd – 5th grade: navy, brown or black belt

Mass Uniform

  • Navy Slacks
  • White Oxford Shirt (Long or Short Sleeved)
  • Navy V-Neck Sweater or Sweater Vest
  • Navy, Brown or Black Belt
  • 3rd – 5th grade: Tie (Pre-tied Clip-on, Navy)

Note: Girls’ Jumpers, Skorts, Skirts and Shorts must be no shorter than 2″ above the knee.

Mass Uniform for Pre-K - 2nd

  • CTK Official Plaid Jumper
  • White Blouse (Long or Short Sleeved with Peter Pan Collar)
  • Navy Cardigan Sweater

Mass Uniform 3rd-5th

  • CTK Official Plaid Skort (Also Called Culotte/Split Skirt)
  • White Blouse (Long or Short Sleeved with Peter Pan Collar)
  • Navy Cardigan Sweater
    Note: 3rd graders have the option of wearing either the CTK Plaid Jumper or the CTK Plaid Skort

Daily Uniform Pre-K - 5th

  • Navy Uniform Shorts (can be work until Thanksgiving Break and after Spring Break)
  • Navy Uniform Slacks
  • Red Monogrammed CTK Knit Uniform Shirt
    *elementary girls can also wear mass uniform as a daily uniform option

Mass Uniform

  • Navy Skirt or Skort (Also Called Culotte/Split Skirt)
  • White Blouse (Long or Short Sleeved Oxford or Peter Pan Style)
  • Navy Cardigan Sweater
  • Tie (Standard Navy or Navy Cross Tie )

  • Khaki Uniform Shorts (can be worn until Thanksgiving and after Spring Break)
  • Khaki Uniform Slacks
  • Tennis shoes can be worn with shorts
  • Leather upper dress shoes should be worn with slacks

  • Tie (Men’s Standard – Navy with narrow red/white stripes)
  • Leather upper dress shoes
