Hot lunches are available on full school days. On the days when the school has noon dismissals, the CTK Café will be closed. All regular lunch orders for the CTK Café should be placed via your FACTS Family Portal lunch ordering system. We strongly suggest you use a computer to place your orders instead of a phone or tablet. The cost of hot lunch is $7.00 per day for a full meal tray. Ala-carte options are also available. Cafeteria order deadlines are at 2pm on the Wednesday prior to the menu week. Families can, if they wish, order for multiple weeks at once.

- Lunches for the week of 9/7 were due in FACTS Family Portal on Wednesday, 9/2, at 2pm
- Lunches for the week of 9/14 are due in FACTS Family Portal on Wednesday, 9/9, at 2pm
- Lunches for the week of 9/21 are due in FACTS Family Portal on Wednesday, 9/16, at 2pm
- Lunches for the week of 9/28 are due in FACTS Family Portal on Wednesday, 9/23, at 2pm
- Lunches for the week of 10/5 are due in FACTS Family Portal on Wednesday, 9/30, at 2pm
If something unexpected occurs and your child does not have a hot lunch ordered & forgets to bring a lunch, the café does provide options so students can eat. Family accounts are charged weekly for these unexpected occurrences and receive an “invoice” by email. Please make payment online for these charges within a week of receiving the charge invoice. When a student misses lunch due to illness or attendance at a school-related function, a credit will be issued to the family’s cafeteria account. These credits can be used towards the purchase of future lunch orders.
Working in the CTK Café is great way to earn your required service hours! Volunteers are needed to help in the cafeteria EVERY DAY! Normal volunteer hours are 10:00am to 1:30pm, but even an hour or two is a tremendous help when serving our children. If you would like to help throughout the school year during lunches, please contact Ms. Lewis, at cafe@ctkschoolslbk.org. Your help is truly a blessing to us as well as your child! All volunteers must complete the Diocesan Safe Environment Training. Please access the training at: https://catholiclubbock.org/home.html. From the menu choose Safe Environment, Online Training, VIRTUS registration. Print the certificate of completion and bring to the front office. This certificate is valid for 5 years.

Should parents wish to order lunches for their students through a delivery service such as Uber Eats or Door Dash, or drop off lunch, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Lunches delivered or dropped off for students should be left on the table in the front entry near Mrs. Guzman’s door. Lunches should have the student’s name.
- Lunches should be delivered to the school at least 5 minutes prior to the student’s lunch period.
- Late deliveries could cause a student to miss lunch or be tardy to class after lunch.
- Delivery services should be informed that lunches should be delivered to the school office with entrance located near the flagpole. We have had several issues with deliveries taken to the church office, left at random doors or attempted delivery at other doors around the school campus.
